Here focus laid down on gall bladder renal surgery, which relatively difficult get done in without good co-operation anesthetist. for last more than 40 years, as there used have no peripheral hospitals Nepal, so giving by self then was trend, now changed, well-trained anesthetists available even every big hospital country. presenting record 10 years total 248 cases stones including 12 nephrectomies gross hydronephrosis nonfunctional kidney mass 355 open cholecystectomy through classical transverse subcostal incision.
